Time Sheet Calculator (legacy version)

Calculate Hours allows you to enter times worked, like: 7:45, 11, 12:10, 3, 4, 4:30 and it will add up the time worked into a meaningful hour:minute format. You can then Sum Hours like: 6:35, 8:15, 26:15 for a total. See the tips below for more information. To protect your privacy, no data generated by this tool is stored by Miracle Salad.

This legacy version of the Time Sheet Calculator is available to support older browsers but is no longer maintained.

Tips

  1. You can use a period . instead of a colon : to delimit the hour and minute segments. For example, entering 7.15 is the same as entering 7:15, 5.30=5:30 and 12.8=12:08.
  2. Use military time when spanning large time blocks. E.g., instead of 6 (am) to 6 (pm), enter 6 and 18.
  3. 3- and 4-digit numbers without delimiters (: or .) are converted to H:MM or HH:MM format when calculated. That is, 130 = 1:30, 1207 = 12:07, 1500 = 15:00. 1- and 2-digit numbers represent hours (8 = 8:00, 12 = 12:00).
  4. Change the number of calculation slots and sum hours slots by using this form. Note that you will lose any data entered on the page when changing the number of slots.
